TV Server should record only 5 Episodes (1 Viewer)

Hi all, I think this is a very stupid question, but here it is:
My Mediaportal should record only 5 Episodes of a Series, and when I delete one of them, it should record a newer one.
Where can I activate that option in MP?
Sorry for my bad english.
For those of you who talk german, here is the German version:
Ich will, das mein Mediaportal nur 5 Episoden aufnimmt. Wenn ich dann eine/mehrere Lösche, soll es wieder die gleiche Serie wieder aufnehmen, bis wieder 5 vorhanden sind.

So, here you can see this in TV Server, but I don't know where I can activate this:

You do this in the client under Episodes Management not in the server.
My TV|Scheduled|[Show]|Settings|Episodes Management.
