TV Server SVN Install (1 Viewer)

When i install a new SVN Version for the TV Server i must deinstall the old SVN Version of the TVE.

Keeps the deinstall of the TV Server via Software the TV-Channels and Configurations?
Or must i after a new install of an SVN rescan all Channels and so on?

Hi!

Before you deinstall the old version of the TVServer do an "Export" and then import the channel settings once you have installed the new version, then you don't have to rescan.

Actually, as all the settings are in the database the import isn't needed (but export anyway to be safe). After installation everything is still set up as it previously was.

Thanks, i have exported (its better to have 1 useless backup than NO backup *g*)!
And after deinstall and install its like before
