TV Server (1 Viewer)

Does anyone else have an issue with TV server and its reliability. It is totally unstable, I need to manually stop and start before starting media portal, then it works most of the time.

The whole thing just seems broken to me and I spend half my time just fixing it. Is there a way to get tv server to restart when I start media portal. It would help a little.

Hi,
you should post tvserver logs in order to understand which is the problem.

Meanwhile, try to disable "Grab EPG when Idle" checkbox in TVServer Configuration, and check if it become stable (no need to restart, I mean); there was an issue time ago about idle epg grabber freezing tvserver (need to stop/start in order to use it)..
