I'm not sure that I would have advised a MyISAM to InnoDB conversion. Unfortunately I was asleep and so couldn't say anything until now.


Did anybody bother to check the MySQL log files as previously suggested?



No, it isn't.


I'd also like to point out that it would be wrong to assume that a repair always fixes problems successfully... even if MySQL says it has.


Like I said previously, I'd be looking at MySQL log files now, and if nothing stood out I'd be exporting my channels, dropping and recreating the DB, then reimporting.
