TV Service no longer starting automatically (1 Viewer)

I'm using Windows Vista 64 Bit, and as of about a week or two ago, the TV Server stopped starting automatically upon startup (with a couple of random exceptions). Running Mediaportal, I get a message saying that it's starting up the TV Server etc. but the program then becomes slow and unresponsive, before eventually saying that the connection to the TV Server has been lost. However, simply running the TV Server Configuration solves the problem >> it announces that the TV Server isn't running and would I like to start it (yes, please!) and thereafter MP works as usual. Prior to yesterday, I was using MP 1.2.2, but the problem persists with v1.2.3.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this seemingly simple problem? Short of some Windows updates etc. I can't think what has changed, as this problem is very recent (I've been using MP for some months now). Attached is the TV log file.

Apologies if I've missed something obvious, but is PowerScheduler extensive logging enabled/disabled in TV Server Configuration/Plugins/Power Scheduler/Advanced? If so, it's not currently enabled (nor has it ever been, to the best of my knowledge).

P.S. In case it's of relevance, I don't use PowerScheduler, nor do I hybernate my PC etc. >> in the PS settings, the box for "Wakeup server for various wakeup events" is ticked and the Shutdown Mode is hybernate. I've not changed either, so everything is presumably still set the way it was before this problem started.
