TV Service will not start/function (1 Viewer)

I have this error appearing when I try to start the tv service.

My HD Homerun works fine with it's own software but Media Portal 1.12 will not launch and TV Server will not open. I've tried a reboot, repair install, full uninstall and reinstall AND a system restore as a last ditch effort.

Nothing will make this error go away, and allow me to start over.

Any ideas?

Ah, I recently made a change to the network and I had a hunch on that it might be the source of the problem. Thanks for the information!!!
