I have to change the topic because I realized that I have this problem with any channel. As soon as the second timeshift-file gets created my picture starts to stutter. If I use small files (256MB) SDTV works fine, but when I use bigger files (i.e >512MB) also SDTV stutters. HDTV works neither with small files nor with big files (only the first file is stutterfree). As soon as the stuttering starts the framerate goes down to ca. 12fps (checked with shift+1) and there are NO dropped frames! Any Idea what this is? ------------------ Hi there, I am actually watching EURO 2008 on ORF-HD. Everything is fine for about 10min then the picture starts to stutter. I have tried different codecs (PowerDVD7 and 8, ffdshow, core...) with the same result. If I use EVR or VMR doens't matter. When it stutters I have to stop the stream and restart it again Some ideas ? I don't see anything in the logs, but it happens as soon as the first timeshift-bufferfile is full and a new is created (current size: 500MB per file) P.S. I am watching on a multiseat-client. USED VERSION: 19228
