TV suddenly not working (1 Viewer)

help with MP and satelite cards. i have MP 1.14 and the 2 TBS sat cards. After yesterday i can not look TV anymore like RTL 4 and RTL5 Netherlands. The guy who installed it here past away and i dont know what to do. I tried almost 2 days to get it working. Is there anybody who can help me please? *Admin-Edit: No personal email address please* thanks for your help
