TV works only for remote (1 Viewer)

After reading postives about RC1 I thought i'd give It a try. Have been running 0.2.3 for sometime.

The install failed to properly remote the old version (ie the first step at the top of the install list)
This left all the settings/skins etc from previous active but did install RC1.

Setting up the TV server, TV worked testing within the TV Server configuration. Failed to work from within the client on the server though.
Installing the client only on the laptop TV works fine as long as I set the server to the IP4 IP ie 192.x.x.x and not the IP6 IP that the TVServer defaults to.

So i totally remove everything, delete any trace of MP in the install folder and prog data folders, install again. This time the install works fine.

However the same issue. Initially it prompts for the server, if it try the server name "HTPC" or 'localhost', no luck, so i put in the 192.x.x.x IP and it connects. I then go into TV and can view EPG and current streams (ie a working/active stream to the laptop), however as soon as I go to view TV "connection to TV Server Lost"

I've tried searching and can't seem to find any recent related issues. Windows firewall is disabled.

It's almost like its a IP loopback issue or something.

I've downloaded the latest SVN to test without luck also.
