After setting up my first mediaportal box I'm happy to report I'm only having a few issues. The biggest of which is the IR blaster and my Dish set top box.

I installed IR Server Suite then enabled and configured the TV3 Blaster Plugin with the TV Server. I launched VLC and used that to view the output from my PVR-150 which is connected to the Dish set top box. Using the test function of the plugin (from the tv server settings) I can successfully change the channel without any issues; however if I launch mediaportal and try to change channels it doesn't work. It appears to send the second two digits, and then a 0. So if the channel is 135, it will send 3, 5, 0.

Any ideas?

Ah, now I feel stupid. I hadn't thought of restarting the TVServer daemon. Doing so reloaded the settings and it works great now.
