TV3 Blaster Plugin not found (1 Viewer)

HI All,
im trying to get my MCE RC6 ir Remote to be able to change the channels through MP i have checked all Wiki's and i dont have the TV3 blaster plugin at all got the xmltv one etc but not that perticular one am i missing someting ?

its becoming a pain as if i try set a show to record on the guide it wont send a signal to the SETUPBOX to change the channel and if i want to change the channel i need to use the other remote to do this.
