Hi, i have since a few SVNs a strange behaviour

if i switch the channel and tvs3 changes the tuner for the channel - then the desktop is visible for a few seconds, after the channel is tuned mp is displayed normaly... (!?)

and changes from free to scrambled channels are slow :(

any knowledge about what happens at switching?

    thanks

MoPhat, try to disable VMR9 Exclusive Mode to see if it makes any difference.

I am experiencing a similar issue: If I turn on LiveTV in fullscreen, then I can see the Windows desktop shortly. I am experiencing this with EVR and VMR9. I switched from XP to Vista recently and thought that this might be related to the ATI driver of my HD2600XT graphics card but maybe it is DirectShow related...

We are using both very similar configurations:
    - Windows Vista
    - ATI Radeon graphics card (you 2400xt, myself 2600xt)
    - HDMI connection to display
    - Catalyst driver (you: ?, myself: tested 7.11 and 7.12 both are identical in this behaviour)

Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

Same problem as other builds can not play some recordings but they play fine with VLC Player or DVBViewer.

    Tested with different codecs.

    Error in log:
    2008-01-09 19:56:56.773725 [Warn.][MPMain]: vmr9: pin:0 not connected:80040209
    2008-01-09 19:56:56.773725 [Warn.][MPMain]: vmr9: pin:1 not connected:80040209
    2008-01-09 19:56:56.773725 [Warn.][MPMain]: vmr9: pin:2 not connected:80040209

I found the problem in the database :( the Audiopid and videoPID are not filled in (default value -1) I changed the values for the problem channels to the correct values (from DVBViewer channel list) now the recordings play fine.

Can anyone explain why TV-Server does not update this fields?
    :D

    Hi tourettes!

Sorry for the late reply. I do not use Cyberlink audio decoders.
I use MPV for Video and MPA for Audio.

Since SVN 16673 from 20.12.07 I've no chance to use any SVN without fatal TV-Part errors.
I think I try each new SVN without success.

I'll try a new SVN monday and post my logs ... maybe the problem is in my config

I have this problem as well, still... How do I edit the PID-values, can you please explain more?
In the database-folder I only find .db3 files, can I edit these somehow?

Strange thing, the TV works on all but this the one client!

If you are running MySQl you need to install the MySQL GUI Tools then you can edit the table content:http://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/MySQLGUITools/mysql-gui-tools-5.0-r9a-win32.msi/from/pick
If you are running Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition then you need to install SQL Server Management:confused:tudio Express http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=65110
