No TV-Problem

Registration okay, but no Live TV:
Preview and Stream via VLC okay. on lokal Client and Networkclient i cannot turn TV on but the tvserver starts the stream.
fyi: the frontend does not freeze.

please set MediaPortal loglevel to Debug and attach your logs here

loglevel is found in configuration -> general

somehow it seems that tuning the channel fails for you all......

no idea why atm.....

but maybe you all have "tweaked" the exported.xml to make it import again in the new TV-Server builds?

frodo is currently looking at the latest dvb-s2 changes if they are related to this issues some are suffering from.

I have NOT imported any export.xml.
After I had installed SVN 15254 and all my settings and channel did get deleted, I completely reconfigured the TVServer from scratch and scanned for channels again.

TVServer 16/07/2007 [19:33:01] dman_LFC added: now supports DVB-S2 tuning for the new DigitalEverywhere DVB-S2 devices.

to SV15220, which is working fine for me. So if this change was in this SVN, it can not be the cause....

Same problem for me too, although DVB-T (non encrypted) channels work fine. If I try to view a DVB-S program I get the same issue mentioned. (Encrypted or not)
I dont understand how the problem for me is only showing up for DVB-S channels.. really weird!

Like the others.. The 15220 TV plugin works fine

there have been way more changed files befor and after. so "see" all changed files, you need to read the svn log which is available if you i.e. checkout the sourcecode, or go to the link on the sourceforge page

Just down a complete cleardown and re-install, DB create from scratch and full re-scan of Sat channels.

Had the TsReader.ax install problem fixed by installing the Visual C++ Runtime.

Same problem with DVBS channels that I have seen since SVN 15220 - black screen and no sound.

Disable the S2-3200 cards and just run on the PVR-500 all is fine...but not a log a channel changing going on there.

I tried this with and without the new TSReader...the log is not created or never gets the chance to be with DVDS channels.
