Schedules Direct plugin gets process object cast exception with this build

Yeah, this is the same issue that I am having, so I can confirm that Schedule Direct does not work with this build, or the last several builds. It throws a cast exception.

Since a few builds the channel ORF1 does not work anymore. I get one picture of the channel then it freezes and there is no sound. This happens using the plugin in MediaPortal and also using the preview function in the tvserver config.
Attached a log one for trying to preview ORF1 in the server config - that is not working and one with ORF2 that is working without any problems

    Hi,

With respect to the previous poster, this sort of thing does sometimes happen in software development.

When I first started using MediaPortal, I was quite critical of a number of aspects of the development, and some of my criticisms are still relevant today.

However, it is very clear from the SVN changelog that various programmers are working to resolve these issues, and experience shows that they will get there. Personally I haven't installed any recent SVN versions because of this. I don't have time right now to be a tester, so I am sticking with a (pretty) stable version.

The team have already stated that the current codebase is hard to maintain and fix. MediaPortal2 is the long-term solution. The shorter term solution is to get MediaPortal stable. Please let them know what is wrong. Post logs so that the developers can see the problem.

Of course, it would be nice for the users if the problems were logged in Mantis, so we could see what is being worked on. No new bugs in Mantis in December!

    Merry Christmas everyone.

    Mark
