    Bad news.

Can not even finish client installation.
    Say ieframe.dll fail to register.:D

    Same error here.

I'm running IE6 if that helps.

To avoid this problem i copied anohter ieframe.dll to plugins\windows and tried to run the installation once again... No error messages occured...

Ieframe.dll is located several other places on the computer, try use one of these... :)

I run ie7, and this error occured first for me in 16708 and 16723..

Actually it would be much better if the Ieframe.dll is not copied under plugins\windows as no MP will try to load that as a plugin :) Ignoring the error in install phase shouldn't cause any issues as it's just an error with the installer itself.

    Timeslice,

I am using SVN 16554 with TVE3 16553 (that day the numbers didn't match).

I have a dual and single DVB card in my server and connect to it with my main HTPC.

The only major problem is that I can't fast forward or rewind live or recorded TV with a preview, and the speed is wrong. Others have reported this, but it seems to be lower down the developer's priority list. I guess there are other issues which need to be resolved before this can be addressed.

I keep my systems very basic, with only divx and xvid codecs. MediaPortal is basically the only other software running on either of these machines, although my main "working" PC connects fine and TV works fine.

I've taken the advice of others and not installed codec packs.
