i tried everything with this issue

deinstaling reinstaling even checked with filmerit for broken codecs
browsed the forum cause other users seem to have the same problem but still no luck
i really want to use this plugin

i am on xp btw

it has to be something else cause streams work fine outside mediaportal
but inside mediaportal they are not working rest is working online videos plugin you tube everything

i also tested with filmerit my codecs and i have no codec errors on my pc

so i think something in the plugin is fault cause i cant get it to work and all others work

someone else on xp solved codec problems by installing windows mediaplayer 11 for xp

In the log it says:

Es wurde versucht, im geschützten Speicher zu lesen oder zu schreiben. Dies ist häufig ein Hinweis darauf, dass anderer Speicher beschädigt ist.

So, something is wrong with your PC or.... In my own log file it says that i am running MediaPortal v1.0.0.21149, yours is saying: MediaPortal v1.0.0.22029, are you using a unstable dauly build (development buuild) version of mediaportal?, mediaportal V.1.1.0 is not released yet so perhaps you have some early build...

There is something wrong with your pc setup or mediaportal, but cannot tell what by looking at your logs... sorry cannot help you.

i had exactly the same error message when i had the problem with the x-factor shows, i think it has something to do with the error handling because the link for xfactor was not correct, but i got an error saying the audio codec was not present, but i could not click away the error it kept popping up. I could only stop it by closing mediaportal.

I didnt have to change any setting because the problem was the x-factor link

i use the latest svn of mediaportal

and as onyx666 i cannot click away the popup i have to close mediaportal
but like i said al the rest in mediaportal is working fine al plugins

only this plugin is causing errors

You should keep in mind that this plugin only retrieves webstreams and sends them through to the internal video player. Hence, if a stream can't be played this is only a bug in the plugin if the stream URL is incorrect, otherwise, it's something in the core MP application or the codec used. Therefore, I guess the fact that only this plugin is causing errors for you is due to the fact that this is the only plugin you use that plays webstreams.
This could mean that a new bug has been introduced in the SVN version, someone should check this

no no i also use online videos to play streams and that works fine also you tube works fine


i also posted this error in svn thread maybe someone can help me further

ok, but those plugins both only contain flash movie clips, right?
