tvguide.xml does not import programs (1 Viewer)

I have modified the imdb grabber for the US. I saved the old one just in case. When I changed the file webEPG recognizes the file and makes a TVguide.xml. The original one pulled in programs but the edited one doesn't. The xml files appear the same except for the change tv call signs and channel numbers. I am not sure why one pulls in programs and the other doesn't. See the xml files below. Please give me any info that you can on this.
