TVS and MP Configuration GUI Issues Version 1 (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I am having the following issues since going to Version 1 with a clean install:

1. MP Configuration comes up with Unhandled Exception Error. This has been logged by somebody else in the following forum https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal-1-talk-45/unhandled-exception-error-49287/

This means I am unable to change any settings

2. When changing TVS settings and clicking OK, TVS hangs and comes up "not responding". The changes however get made, however saying that, when I change file formats to MPEG, they still get recorded in TS format

3. When selecting music to play in My Music, the song instead gets put straight to the playlist which I am unable to play.

I will look for any log files tonight to see if it will help diagnose the problem, but any initial ideas appreciated.

Hi All,

I just did another clean install of Media Portal and the problem seemed to disappear.
