Tvserver problem (1 Viewer)

Windows 10
Media Portal 1.16.0.
I've been using MP for 2 years now.
With the update to 1.16.0 a problem comes up.
When I start up the Setuptv.exe it is asking to start up the tvservice.exe. I agree. (everything is normal so far).
Then the message (see file) comes up that there is a problem with tvservice.exe.
When I look in Windows Services the tvservice.exe is frozen on : wordt gestopt (is being stopped)(frozen because it never actually stops)
Nothing else happens, MP does not start up without the tvservice.exe.
I've been trying all kind of things including new installation, open up all protection a.s.o.

The problem seems to be unsolvable.
I removed the complete MP-installation with the MP-complete cleanup tool. That was not enough.
Than I cleaned the register with regedit and removed all the MP-entries. That worked.
Now I will have to reinstall the complete MP-installation.
Still do not know what the problem was.
