TvServer & Windows 2003 server! (2 Viewers)

Hi!
i would like to create a tv.server with 3 tuner (2 dvb-t+dvb-s) and windows 2003 server ee.
(server conf. amd 4850e-4gb ram-lan gigabit-1tb space on raid) and mysql db!
tvserver tell me that there are some problem with windows 2003....but is stable?
what are this problems?

i continue to have some and some problems...
how many tuners use?
how many second usually wait between 1 channel an the next one?

- 2 seconds (this depends on the tuner / encryption/no encryption etc... not on the os)

thanks for your help!
tv work sometimes, when doesn't function client tell no audio/video, but if on server i try to set maual start timeshifting it start to recorder, in fact after some hour i have some gb of data on .../application data/mediaportal ecc
signal quality and level are high...
but i try to change db (first use sql then mysql) and also codec on notebook/pc.
Then i think that the best way is reformat (i'm using a server only to learn, then i use the master server).
I hope that after will work =)

Im having trouble with server 2003 sp2 x64..
install is ok, but dvd's dont play right.. i get audio but no video..

can u suggest anything ?

Have you installed a codec / dshow filter for video playback ?
