Hi all

My system is running fine with one TechnoTrend TT-budget S2-3200 TV card. When installing the second card, TVservice service won't start up. There's no error, but when I try to start the service manually the error 'Error 1067: the process terminated unexpectedly'

I suspect this to be a driver issue, but can't figure out where to search. Can anyone please help me?

I have a similar issue when installing extra tv cards in an older version of media portal which lost all my programs and would not scan for channels. It didn't prevent mp from running just from watching tv.

Use something to completely unistall MP, SQL and all visual basic stuff it installs. I used YourUninstaller as it cleans out registry keys and all. Located here but I am sure alternative versions can be found.

Then reinstall once all your tv cards are in place with correct drivers and it should pick them up and work like a charm.
