This problem that was present in RC2 is still happening.
Basically, if I tune into a weak channel TVService ends up stopping itself and I have to manually re-start it.
As discussed in the RC2 thread, the TVServer Config Timeshifting wait settings still don't seem to be working either, as I've got them both set to 1 but it still takes about 10 seconds before MP tells me it couldn't find a signal (this is with trying to tune into Virgin1+1, which went off air a few days ago).
