Hi,
while optimizing my system I found out that starting tvservice takes about 26 seconds on my system. I think this is quite long, or am I wrong? I can imagine that this is a quite complex service which takes it's time to initialize the neccessary components.
But I would ask the knowing people here if there is something I can do to speed this up a little bit.
Some more Informations:
<-- See my system specs on the left side
- EPG grabbing is disabled (using clickfinder plugin)
- timeshifting is put on RAM-disk (but that's not important for starting up the service I think)
