I have been searching that for a long time but nowhere is this problem proprer described. What about I have two or more TV Cards? 1) Is possible to have the 2 (or more) tuners of the two TV cards (with completely the same specification a.e. 2x Hauppauge 1300) assigned to one channel, so I dont need 2x EPG for each channel (named a.e "BBC" and "BBC for recording") and while the programme is beeing recorded can I watch the other programmes? (just to change channel in my list contains a.e. only: BBC, CNN - to both BBC and CNN are assigned the both TV cards of course) 2) Will the "conflict recording analysis" ignore conflicts if the 2 or more TV cards proper divide the tasks if the programmes overlay themselves? 3) Is possible to assign to one channel two or more different TV cards (different tuners of the same kind only analogue or only digital)? 4) Is possible to assign to one channel two or more different TV cards (different tuners of the different kind - both analogue and digital)? 5) Does the one TV card proper record 2 succsessive programmes of one channel if there is set a.e "start 5 minutes before the beginning of the programme; stop 4 minutes after the beginning of the programme"? If the overlaped time is in the both recorded files? (If is the one tream saved twice to a harddisk?) Or if the 2nd file starts 4 minutes later? 6) In the case 5) if I have two (or more) TV cards assigned to the each channel, will this successived programmes be recorded by one TV card? 7) Is possible to set the priorities also for recording? In the case I have two TV cards and only one has mpeg hardware encoder...so would be better to record by the card with HW encoder. thank a lot m __________ MP is great
