I have experienced a couple of problems on retuning having had to do it twice this month.
Sutton coldfield does not now have all the right frequences , so I resolve this using all areas.
The new frequencies create new channels in the data base which then corrupt the Scheduel recordings in tv server set up. you click on the schedule recordings and the page will not change. the title changes but not the rest of the page.
This only happens if you have multi tv recording scheduled , I have over 20 on one machine. on another machine where I have only 2 recording scheduled this problem does not happen.
On media portal client when looking at scheduled recordings some are there and some go awol.
nb deleting all channels before you download does not work as the schedules are still corrupt.
The easiest answer to this problem is to uninstall TVServer and delete database only.
reinstall, retune then reschdule you recordings.
I hope this is useful to someone as you will only have to do the changeover once or twice.
