Im in Toronto Canada and subscribe to Rogers Cable. The software that came with my tv card scanned in the channels fine but it was pretty limited software. I tried gathering information here and following some video tutorials I found but for some reason when i scanned, it kept saying 0 channels found and there was no signal in the two signal bars no matter what i triedhope you can figure it out.</blockquote>
