I have the same problem, but another tv cart.I have a Medion TV-Tuner: Medion 7134 MK2/3. I do have an ATI videocart: the 9800 series Pro Agp. So I thought that it might come in handy if I would update that .dll, but I don't know that for sure.So I tried, but I don't know how to update the .dll . The other topic says this: "...extract the file atimcenc.dll to a directory of your choice then at the command prompt in that directory type regsvr32 atimcenc.dll this will give you the required filters for MP...."I cannot get to the command prompt in that directory, I realy don't know how....
