I have two AverMedia M150 cards. When I have one card plugged in it works fine, but when I install the second card I get the "Unable to create graph" error on both cards. If I then take one of the cards out, I still get the "Unable to create graph" error. In order to get back to a working configuration I have to use a Windows restore point to restore everything back to before I installed the second card.
Both cards work fine when connected individually using the single card configuration. I've attached the logs from the debugging tool, while both cards are connected.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
BTW: I have everything also streaming over an NFS mount to a hacked AppleTV. It makes a great media extender using nitoTV (NitoTV) - AwkwardTV.
