This is everything I've got concerning my latest attempt at installation.  Curiously, the opening screen indicated that mySQL 5.6 was in fact installed, whereas in previous attempts it showed just the opposite!  Considering the amount of background of background work Windows 10 seems to be constantly doing, I wonder if that might have some bearing on the problem.
