I think this is an important one : It is not possible to navigate to the small media viewport (lower left corner) and activate it using arrow keys or remote control. This goes for all windows using this viewport.

This is possible using the mouse..

You should be able to quickly return to your current running media using this feature (just as the MCE...) whether it be TV, Video, Music, radio etc..

I believe it is a bug, otherwise the viewport would not be there in the first place. :)

I'm talking about tha small media-viewport (which appears if you have media running) that sits in the lower left corner. It appears in most of the windows (Main, radio, settings etc etc)...

No "X" on remote controls - at least not on mine (MCE).

It should not be neccesary to bring along the keyboard or mouse just to watch TV :)

I guess it would be possible to use one of the other buttons on the remote - after reprogramming it in MP to send an "X" to the interface... - but I'm sure that's not how the MP dev team intended it to be.

Again - for usability reasons you should be able to toggle all the visible screen objects with just the arrow keys - especially the small media viewport...

I might have missed some trick here - but at least it is not intuitive..

My old Hauppauge remote had it's own "x" button, but not my MCE remote :(

Most of the times in BlueTwo you can navigate left & down to reach the preview window.

MP Home, MyPicture Home & MyMusic Home (if you want to have visulazation in fullscreen) don't work .

If you know about more combination that don't work pleace post it here.

Red button on MCE and Hauppauge remotes...

Some of the remotes like MCE 2005 type 1039 lack the color buttons, maybe it could be mapped to "*" or "#"?

This will be possible for MCE remotes as well a bit later, yes. For now only X10 and Hauppauge remotes can be mapped. MCE remotes will follow, but this takes a bit more time. Other work has to be done to prepare this. (In the works!)

Geeks like us manage to fix it in some way or another.

My point is : You should be able to navigat easily to this viewport with the arrow buttons. I use MCE in the living room - and exactly that possibility I use all the time. No X, or Y, just toggle over...

In my opinion it is a must for MP. That what the first thing I was missing/wondering about when running MP for the first time...

I have 3 different european MCE remotes, only one of them has the teltext colur buttons.

Key words : ARROW KEYS, ARROW KEYS ARROW KEYS.. :)

    All remotes have them..

MP is great by the way...
