There are two parts of this problem, first problem is that music stops after a while when TV is turned off which leaves me with no option but to keep my power hungry tv on while listening to music. The other part is that I am unable to play music with the BASS player when turning on TV again I get a BASS_ERROR_BUFLOST in the log.I have partially solved the issue by using the PureAudio plugin (I am not using ASIO as I couldn't get it to work) this enables me to start music after TV/AVR has been turned off.
