Unable to Play WMV file (1 Viewer)

Hello, I have bought a tv series from blinkbox, saved to pc but mediaportal is unable to play file. The message reads: unable to play grey's anatomy se09e01.wmv videocodec VC-1 audio codec WMA Version 2. I am using LAV filters and wma is ticked in the file extensions. Can someone please point me in the right direction.
