MP Server and MP Client work well - they are located on the same computer.

If I connect to the server from another client via LAN and try to watch Live or Recorded TV, then the following message pops up:

Trying TV:
Unable to play: stream2.0
Audio Codec:

Trying Recorded TV:
Unable to play: (a code consisting 7 characters)
Audio Codec:

If I browse to the recorded TV Programs and play it using Windows Media PLayer, then it plays fine.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong?
Any way to fix it?

Thanks

Log file attached.

Steps while creating the log:

Start MP
Choose TV from main menu
Choose Switch On TV
Warning Appears
Close warning
Close MP

A little boring topic, but I found a solution:

The TV Server's rtsp streaming port was set to 0 (zero) by default.
I did not set that to zero, so it must have been the default installation.

I changed it to the suggested 554 and ta-dam.

I hope this will help others.

    Hi.

Sorry to see that you did not get any answers on this, but happy you figured it out.
Even more happy to see that you bothered to write how you got it fixed :D

Streaming port is no longer set to 0 (as of around 1.1 Beta, IIRC)
