Unable to Scan DishNet Channels Using Hauppauge Nova-S Plus (1 Viewer)

Hi;

Having a problem scanning channels with mu Hauppauge WinTV Nova-S Plus DVB-S card. I assume it's the DISECQ not switching. My DISECQ Switch setup is:

Port 1 - 91W
Port 2 - 110W
Port 3 - 119W

I can scan channels from 91 but not the others. I have searched and searched these forums and tried modifying the settings but have had no luck getting the scan to pick up anything past port 1. I am using universal LNBs. In any other program (like my Theater it works perfectly) If anyone can help I would definately appreciate it! Hardware info below.
