Unable to scan for Dish Network Channels (2 Viewers)

How is it that I am supposed to go about configuring MP to work with an external DishNetwork STB via a Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-500MCE card? I am connected to my STB via s-video and Coax. What am I missing here. I have searched for the last hour and have yet to find anything straightforward.

I am currently in the process of getting the latest SVN builds installed for MP and TV-Server. Not sure I need TV-Server or not, but from what I have read I think I do.

Any help would be great.

I'm using MP + TVServer with an DVB-S card and this works well; I'm not using an STB but I'll give it a shot - to use the Dishnet STB I imagine you would have to get the guide in MP using something like zap2it and then configure the IR blaster to change channels on your stb based on what channel you select in MP.
