Unable to startup TV-Server Configuration (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have tried a few times to launch TV-Server Configuration but with no luck.

After the request for the database password, the program asks me whether to launch the Tv service (Tv service not running). I click on Yes but then nothing happens.

I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the software but nothing happens.

I run Windows Vista Sp1 with a Pinnacle Hybrid TV stick.

Would anyone be so kind to help me?
