Unable to Tune new Freesat HD Channels such as BBC Four HD and BBC Three HD (1 Viewer)

On one of my 3 PCs, with MP1.5 loaded, I'm unable to tune a number of new HD channels (BBC Three HD, BBD Four HD and CBBC HD) available from FreeSat.

I've tried loading the latest transponders from Update satellite list, then re-running the Scan for Channels (with selected/ticked Enable DVB-S2 channels tuning/scanning and Enable channel movement detection) but still can't find these new channels on one of my installations. ...but it works fine on 2 of my other PCs all with similar hardware, OSs and tuner cards (details below). Repeated this a number of times but still have the same problem. Checked, as far as I could tell, for any differenceds in config between the various setups but just can't see anything.

Tried various combinations of tuning against both channels A and B to no avail.
Any advice as to what to try next? Feels as though the transponder list just isn't being updated, so attempted to copy one from PC without problem, but made no difference.

Details of PC (with and without problem): Win 7 (64 Bit), MP1.5, TBS6981 DVB-S dual tuner in each.
PC with problem has 2 satellite (freesat) cables connected to TBS6981, other PCs without problem only have 1.

Sorry for the delay. Found that TBS6981 drivers, on the broken PC needed updating from 2.0.1.6 to the latest 2.0.1.7 as per the other working PCs. Rebooted and re-ran collection of latest transponders and tuning on channel A only, but still can't find BBC 4 HD or BBC 3 HD. Attached the MP log zip files as requested but not clear as to why 2 zip files generated when using the MP Debug Mode and selecting the export all currently present logs option. Alos not sure if these zip files contain the MP TV Server logs but if you need more info then please let me know.

Your TV Server log files are included, but TV Server log level is not set to debug so I can't see much. What I can see from the TsWriter log file is:

This may be obvious, so apologies if you're already aware - but don't they share details? i.e. it's BBC3 at night and CBBC in the daytime - I had to scan before and after 7pm to pick them all up.

Jonm, before raising this post, i'd attempted before and after 7pm for tuning with no luck. As per my original problem description, I have 2 other similar set-ups that work okay. Something a bit strange about this particular PC and its config.

mm1352000, just set the tuning running again with the TVServer set (and restarted) with debug level logging. CBeebies and CBBC HD are there, presumably because you scanned at ~12:30. Again: my feeling is that the channels should be in your list.

What do you suggest I do next? Attempt a re-tune after 7pm? I've actually done this a number of times but not with the logs set to debug level.
My other PCs find all the other Freesat HD channels (CBeebies, CBBC HD, BBC Four HD, BBC Three HD) whether I do this before or after 7pm.

I've looked in the mptvdb database and in table channel on the broken PC and cannot locate any of the missing HD channels. ...but in one of the good PCs the same table lists all of those mentioned above. Something is broken and I need some advice on how to get this fixed, short of re-installing MPTV Server.

Suggestions?

Update: Just had a browse through table tuningdetail on broken PC and all the missing channels are there. They are indvidually listed as per the list above. So how come they're in this table but just not being added to table channel?

Not that this will help with your tuning on vanilla MePo, but the channels show and work with DJBlu's custom data grabber plugin modified snapshot of MePo (if you haven't heard of it its fantastic for freesat).. https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...r-including-sky-uk-channel-epg-grabber.96767/ it finds them at any time because it takes its data from the sky epg stream (and gives you a nice epg exactly the same as a sky box without having to do anything and adds series link in too). Can't recommend it enough - but sadly would require a reinstall I think.

Also, I've had success in the past just running the database repair when I've had weird issues I couldn't resolve, always worth a stab I suppose http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_...Troubleshooting/TV/Repairing_database_(MySQL)

Really? I don't understand how that is possible when they share. I'm 99% certain that can't be true, although I'm not in a position to test it right now.

...so CBBC is listed, but BBC Three isn't. I used the frequency from here http://www.lyngsat.com/hd/Eutelsat-28A-and-Astra-1N-2A-2F.html to scan a single transponder. What happens if you do the same?
