Summary:
Unhide the UNC path option and sent the path data to all clients

Description:
Just read Owlsroots comment about unhiding UNC debug option.
Then i thought since those paths are identical for all clients and the tvserver itself "knows" them, why not let the tvclient ask the tvserver for the correct path and just leave a manual setting for debug options?
This way the user could easily choose between RTSP and UNC without configuration hassle.
