I'm wondering if someone can help me with a problem that I managed to create yesterday while recording a TV show.
What happend was that I, by misstake, hit the powerbutton on the PC thereby causing the computer to shut down while it was still recording. (I misstook the time and thought it vas 5 minutes later than it really was, if this had been the case the computer would have gone into standby.) This has lead to that I cannot watch the show. It was in "post recording" time so the whole show should be recorded I just cant get it.
The file exists in the TV library as shown in WE (it lacks duration time there) but does not appear in the recordings screen of MyTV. So I can not watch it there. I can't find it in compress either. I've tried to copy it into my videos library, then it appears in the list but won't play the screen just flickers black and then returns to myVideos.
I've tried to open it in other programs as well, Media player refuses to play it with an error message stating that the file format is unsupported. Nero Vision, that normally can open these files, returns vith the error message ""The file" is under DRM (Digital Right Management) protection and cannot be played." Nero Showtime gives me an error message that the file is either corrupt or the file format is not supported, however, it does play other recorded shows so the file format is supported.
Is ther anybody that can help me with this? I would like to watch this show wery much and there is no rerun I can record instead.
Regards
Anders
