Unhandled exception on running MP Watchdog (1 Viewer)

Hi
....have been running MP (1.5.0) for some time with no problems...

Did fresh install of 1.6.100.0, and imported my working settings from 1.5.0......but now get the dreaded "No Free Tuner Available" when trying to view TV channels.

I am unable to run Watchdog, and get an unhandled exception message....with the following details:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Most likely...I have done something silly....I'm sure.....but would appreciate any help there may be out there!

Sorted.....it was a 'channels not mapped to card' problem it seems!
Pretty confusing (to me at any rate) area of TV Server setup....but somehow got there in the end
