Unpause a video and go on with video 10 seconds earlier automatically? (1 Viewer)

Is there a plugin or an option to automatically go on (by pressing the "Space" key or "Play" key / unpausing) with playing a video after having paused it a special time, e.g. 10 seconds before the point you have paused it?

As far as I know you can just press the left arrow key and it will automatically unpause and play from a point 15 sec from the pause point.

That's a good way either. So, you have to press the key according to the skips you have set, e.g. first skip back 2 seconds, then 5, 15 and so on, pressing the arrow key 3 times in pause mode means you start playing 15 seconds backs.
