UNSUPPORTED FIX (Build 19127) NoStop MCE Service Hidden Option (1 Viewer)

HI!

Here is another of my "UNSUPPORTED PATCH"
This time is for thouse of you that don't want MP to stops MCE Services--

steps:
1.- Copy the util.dll to your mediaportal
2.- Edir Mediaportal.xml and add
<section name="MCEServices">
<entry name="StopMceServices">no</entry>
</section>

If you don't add the lines, MP is going to stop the MCE Services

Attached, the Util.dll, tortoice diff file and insttuctions
Remember this is for build 19127
