Unwonted subtitles (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I am new to Mediaportal and MP-TV Series I have subtitles that show up in my shows when I watch them and I cannot figure out turn them off.

I installed subcentral and then I uninstalled it to try to remove the unwonted subtitles. If I use subcentral can the subtitles be truned off and on?

Hi,

SubCentral is for searching and downloading subtitles only.

It is up to MediaPortal configuration settings whether to show the subtitles and how, see MP Configuration -> Video -> Subtitles settings. When playing a video file subtitles can be turned off in context menu, I believe F9 on keyboard.
