A install version doesn't exist at the moment.

yes, I saw it already, too But this is a complete framework and so you can't use it with MPF, because MPF is in some points very different to WPF...
Another point is that some things are just not implemented in MPF yet, like <Viewport3D..>. I'm not an expert, but I think it is at the moment more complex in MPF or the developers have to create a special custom control... But Baboonanza already said everything:

I will think about what we must add to make it possible. The great thing about MP2 using it's own version of WPF is that we can extend it when necessary.

And I'm very sure that the developers will do everything that coverflow is possible, because many people really like this eye candy And they put really a lot of effort in eye candy stuff^^ I think this is due to the moaning about MP's look and all the comparing to XBMC... But this time XBMC will have no chance
