[Approved] Updated tuning paramaters for Mendip DVB-T (1 Viewer)

Updated for DSO. The attached gives the same result as an all regions.

Now includes DVB-T2 for Freeview HD.
Updated 12 February 2011 to reflect the latest reshuffle
Updated 28 September 2011 to reflect another reshuffule
Update 28 March 2012 to reflect the latest resuffle - See you all in 2013...

I didn't add the DVB-T2 Mux as there is no hardware available

We know, but it saves updating all these again in the future, so please add.
