A new transponder was added at 522000 with the channel FUEL TV. I'm also missing Mezzo Live HD and Ginx TV which should be broadcasting according to my provider but I could always add them later if I find them.

I always use the advanced tuning options and then check "search for Transponder list".
This way, you always get all transponders available from your provider.
For me the transponder list resides at the following:
Frequency: 306000
Symbol rate: 6875
Modulation: 64QAM

I don't know if its different in different parts of the country.

Yes, I've tried that and also scanned many many frequencies manually but can't find Mezzo HD and Ginx

Weird. I found them without a problem. For me they're at these frequencies.
Ginx: 506000, 6875, 256qam
Mezzo Live HD: 514000, 6875, 256qam

Weird indeed. I get No Signal and Nothing Found on those frequencies. Perhaps those channels are not broadcast everywhere.
