I was reading the wiki info on what to do on an update so I decided to do a complete clean install. I went to control panel and unistalled completely both MP and the TV Server. That was was all fine. I am now trying to install MediaPortal again (Latest version 1.1.2), however I am running into issues. When it comes to install the TV Server I am always running into the same issue. I have now tried the Installer 5 or 6 times. An error keeps popping up: "Failed to start up the service System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected third party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 192.168.1.8" I have 3 network connections with different IPs so I disabled one of them thinking that was causing an issue however it just moved on to the next IP. Any help would be appreciated :) [/QUOTE]
