This seemed to be fine in RC3, although I didn't use RC3 a whole lot.
There are actually two issues I've noticed.
1) The main problem is that the configuration will randomly not be able to detect the USBUIRT at all. When this happens, MediaPortal freezes when starting up. You have to disable USBUIRT control in order to get it to start up.
In order to get the USBUIRT detected again, uninstalling the device in device manager and restarting then re-installing the driver seems like the only way to get it to be detected again.
2) The "command repeat count" always changes back to 1 no matter what you set it to. If I set it to 3 (what I need it set to) and start MediaPortal, everything is ok. If I restart MediaPortal, the channels do not change. I have to go back into the configuration and set it to 3 each time I close MediaPortal.
