Might be good with fan art specifically specified for a season but otherwise it'd be kind of pointless. I'd be happy with a more random pick of fan art, I do often get the same fan art many times in a row when I go back and forth when I want another fan art. The skins should be designed after fan art. That's my opinion. I would like to use foofaraw skin but can't since it doesn't work with fan art.
