I then went to startmenu right click on computer and left click on manage. Then duble click on services just luck for IR service and TV service right click on the service and left click on stop. The best bet would be to uninstall both apps and reinstall in the right order. When you install IRSS check off all the boxes so every thing will work. Hope that helps.
